Hmm What if the ecominie never makes us equal in wealth? Making the nation intellectually wise may never happen. Look at the USA. How many dum dums haven't I met on the streets there?:P
Hopefully we'll improve....but I think by now that the PhD is in our blood. No matter how good we have it, we'll always be looking to stomp on someone just to make us look and feel better.....
